Contest Pool Rules

COMMISSIONER: The commissioner of the league can modify the settings of the league prior to it starting. Once the league has started, the settings are set in stone.

MINIMUM PLAYS: If there is a minimum play value set for your league, there will be a penalty for each pick you are under the minimum. Each play under the minimum amount required will count as a maximum unit loss + .01 units. This rule is in place to discourage players from not picking games as a strategy tactic.

TIEBREAKERS AND GRADING: Plays will be automatically graded upon each event’s completion. The winner of the league will be the player with the most units. In the event of a tie, the tiebreaking sequence will go as follows; (1) Winning Percentage and (2) Number of Picks Made. If players are still tied, they will be deemed co-champions.

BAD LINES: If you see a line that you believe is a bad line, it is your responsibility to contact the commissioner of the league and point it out. The commissioner will then be able to contact a moderator, who will make the final decision. If the line is decided to be a bad or unfair line, the wager will be cancelled, win or lose. If a line is deemed fradulent and the pick is cancelled, the pick WILL still count towards the minimum/maximum pick requirement for your league.

ENTRIES ARE LIMITED TO ONE ACCOUNT PER HOUSEHOLD. Any discovery of violation of this rule will result in removal of the second account and possible forum restriction- prize eligibility will be lost.
